electronic medical records system is used. This paper investigates and analyses the use of electronic medical records of Undergraduates in practice through questionnaires

and analyses the quality of electronic medical records by spot checking. It is believed that electronic medical records can guide interns to improve their clinical abilities in all aspects

but there are some shortcomings such as dependence on template medical records and inadequate mobilization of clinical thinking ability. It is proposed to strengthen pre-job education and mobilize students'subjective initiative to provide reference for medical educators in teaching and scientific research.
