摘要

建立适合专业特点的创新创业教育体系已成为大学教育改革的重要问题。依据医学实验技术专业特点，实施以创业实践引领创新能力培养的系列教学改革，通过更新教学内容和方法、本科生导师制等措施，有效提高了学生的创新意识和创新能力，为医学实验技术专业创新创业教学改革提供了良好的借鉴

Abstract

Setting up the innovative and entrepreneurship education and teaching system is the important content of the current university education reform. Through the idea of leading innovation with entrepreneurial practice

we have implemented a series of education reforms in the students of medical laboratory technology

reformed the teaching methods and content

set up the tutors for undergraduates and improved the scientific research ability of students. The results show that the education reforms have enhanced the ability and sense of innovation

providing a good reference for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical laboratory technology.
