n this study.the function of coagulation and fibrinolysis in 27 patients who underwent selectedsurgery were measured on pre-and postoperation. There were no significant differences in plateletaggregation AT-Ⅲ and hemorrheology between pre-and postoperative measurement. But the differ-ences were significant in factor Ⅵ and fibrinogen between pre-and postoperative deterlnination。It isindicating that factor Ⅶ and fibrinoge are useful indexes in evaluation of postoperative hypercoagu-lation
