PROTECTION OF THE CARDIAC TOXIOITY INDUCED BY INTRA-PORTAL ADRIAMYCIN INFUSION BY THE DAC-RESIN HEMOPERFUSION[J]. Journal of Chongqing Medical University, 1994,(1).DOI:
The aim of our study was to invcstigato the protectivc influence of the DA C-Resinhemopcrfusion in combined use with the intra-portal adriamycin(ADM) infusion on the cardiactoxicity induced by the ADM. The results showed a favorable effect as revealed in diminishing theMDA content in cardiac muscle. Tho cardiac damages demonstrated by tho ultratructural changesin acute and subacute stage after the intra-portal adriamycin infusion had also been definitelyalleviated by combined use as compared with the control groups after 2 h and 8 days of AD Minfusion. It indicated that the combined administration of DAC-Resin hemoperfusion with intra-portaladriamycin infusion might diminish the action of lipoperoxidation in the cardiac muscle and cardiacmuscle damage as well.
