primary repairwas done in 16 cases(39.02%)

Primary right colectomy was done in 3 cases(7.32%)

colostomy wasdone in 21 cases(51.22 %) and partial cofectomy was done in one case(2.44%). The results showedthat primary management was feasible in the sivlian cofon injury so long as we know theindications

because it decreased complications and shortened the time of hospitalization.However

colostomy was considered firatly in the case of severe injury.
