n order to clarify the role of interleukin 2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNFα)in thepathogenesis of aplastic anemia
IL-2 and TNFα level was determined in patients with aplasticanemia. In comparison with normal subjects
TNFα activity was significantly elevated
(P<0.01)andIL-2 level increased also.(P<0.05) It is suggested that abnormal level of TNFα and IL-2 in patientswith aplastic anemia is probably related to the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia.
