\ The Changes of the amout of bifidobacterium

lactobacterium and E.Coli were studied in 88 chile cases of diarrheacaused by different pathogenic factors

25 nondirrhea cases were control group.The results shouwed that the amount of bifidobacterium and leatobacterium were decreased siginificantely in diarrhea patients than that in the control group( P <0 01

P <0 05 respectively)

but the amount of E.Coli bewtenn patients and control group was of on differen ( P >0 05)

In diarrhea patients

the amount of bifidobacterium and lactobacterium in the noninfectional diarrhea group was less than that in the infectional diarrhea group( P <0 01

P <0 05

respectively).In infectional diarrhea group

the amount of bifidobacterium in votavirus diarrhea group

the amount amount of bifidobacterium in votavirus diarrhea group was less than that in bacillary dysentery group( P <0 05)

the amount of the other two kinds of bacterium made no difference between votavirus diarrhea and dysentery.
