摘要

对１１例颗粒细胞瘤作了临床病理研究。光镜下瘤细胞体积较大，胞浆丰富，含有大量嗜伊红颗粒。瘤细胞界限不清。呈巢状或索状排列。电镜下见瘤细胞胞浆内有大量的自噬泡。免疫组化染色显示：１１例瘤细胞Ｓ－１００蛋白、ＮＳＥ均为阳性，而Ｄｅｓｍｉｎ、Ｍｙｏｇｌｏｂｉｎ和ａ－１ＡＴ皆为阴性。结果提示该瘤来源于雪旺细胞。

Abstract

An investigation of 11 caaes of granular cell turnor clinicopathologically was performed . Microscopically

the tumors were composed of large cells with abundant granular eosinophilic cytoplasm. The tumor cells had indiatinct cell borders and were arranged in nests and cords. Under elcetron microscope

there were abundant autophagic vacuoles in the cytoplasm of tumor cells. lmmunohistochemical staining showed that all cases were positive for S - 100 protein and NBE

but negative for Deamin

Myoglobin and a - 1 AT. The rosults indicated that the granular cell tumor orginated from Schwann cells.
