摘要

采用流式细胞术检测新生儿Ｂ细胞（ＢＬ）ＣＤ４０表达的同时以ＣＤ４０单抗取代Ｔ辅助细胞（ＴＨ）ＣＤ４０配体（ＣＤ４０Ｌ）作用，观察其诱导的体外ＢＬ增殖及免疫球蛋白（Ｉｇ）产生能力。结果发现新生儿ＢＬＣＤ４０表达水平与成人接近，ＣＤ４０单抗可使新生儿低下的ＢＬ增殖，Ｉｇ产生及类别转换能力明显增高。本文提示新生儿ＢＬ功能低下并非ＢＬ内在缺陷所致，ＴＨ表达的ＣＤ４０Ｌ或细胞因子（ＣＫ）不足可能在其中起重要作用。

Abstract

Expression of CD40 on neonatal B lymphocytes (BL) were investigated with flow cytometry. Meanwhileproliferation and production in vitro of immunoglolulin (Ig)were also observed through using CD40 McAb toCD40 ligand (CD40L) on TH cells.The results showed that expression of CD40 on BL in neonates was almostidentical to that in adults. Lowered proliferation and Ig production were significantly increased when neonatalBL were stimulated with Sac plus CD40 McAb.The results suggested that the dysfuntion of neonatal BL is notcaused by the expression of CD40.Lacking of CD40L or cytokines produced by TH cells may play an importantrole in the nathogenesis of the inability of antibody response in neonates.
