摘要

通过较大数量的动物实验，在制作大白鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型方面进行尝试，除对目前流行制作方法有所改进外，提出大鼠心肌缺血再灌注的心电图表现特点，这对于制作动物在体模型时判断缺血再灌注成功与否具有价值。

Abstract

This study suggested the two main points based on the experiments of 100 rats. Firstly discussed thedisadvantages of the popular approaches in establishing air way

fully exposing the heart

and accessing thecoronary artery occlusion correctly and suggested modifying approaches

The second showed the characteristicsof electrocardiogram(ECG)related to cardial ischemia and reperfusion in rat:with occlusion of coronary arterythe amplitude of QRS wave was high immediately and duration is wide apparently

after reperfusion theappearence of QRS wave will revert to the original state rapidly of gradually.
