摘要

１１５颗因牙髓炎和根尖周炎引起的感染根管临床应用１％甲硝唑溶液进行根管消毒。第一次复诊行根管换药时．有５４颗患牙（４６．７％）进行了根充；第二次根管换药时．则有４６颗患牙（４０％）行根充；第三次根管换药时，有１０颗患牙（８．９％）完成了根充。仅仅只有５颗患牙（２．９％）因患者年龄过大，根管细、弯曲或根周昭影过大且作瘘管形成。而换药次数超过了３次以匕因此说明，甲硝唑溶液是感染根管理想的消毒药。

Abstract

ln this study

we used 1 % metronidazole solution to sterilize the infectious root canals of 115 cacodontias caused by plpites and periapaical periodontitis. At the first return visit

there 54 teeth (46.9 % ) finished root canals filling At the second return visit 46 teeth (40 % ) were filled. At the third time

10 teeth (8.7 % ) were filled. Bocause of old age

curved thin root canals and large periapical adumbration with adveolar fistula

we treated the otheer 5 cacodont (2.9 % ) more than three times. The results show that the metronidaxole is an ideal disinfectant for infectious root canals.
