摘要

对４４例子宫内膜癌和１０例子宫内膜重度不典型增生进行ｐ５３、Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２及ＥＲ免疫组化研究，内膜癌阳性率分别为４７．７％．９５．５％和８８．６％，重度不典型增生分别为０％、１０％和１００％。其结果提示：Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２可作为子宫内膜癌和子宫内膜重度不典型增生鉴别诊断指标之一。ｐ５３．Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和ＥＲ配合检测对宫内膜癌预后判断及治疗选择具有临床意义。

Abstract

Abstract Forty - four cases of endometrial cancer and ten cases of serious endometrial atypical hyperpalsia were studied for expression of p53

C - erbB - 2 and ER with immunohistochemical method. The positive rates of p53

C -erbB - 2 and ER in endometrial cancer were 47.7%

95.5% and 88.6%

and in serious endometrial atypical hyperplasia wcrc 0%

10%and 100%. The results showod that the C - erbB - 2 is one of sueful indicators of the differential diagnosis between endometrial cancer and serioue endometrial atypical hyperpalsia.The combination of p53

C - erbB - 2 and ER will have important clinical value on the evaluation of prognosia and the treatment of endometrial cancer.
