at the same time and two control groups were designed. Serum Ez

P and PRLwere determined by immunradiological assay after thirty days. Results.The Level of E2 of ten-fold BreastcaeTablet group was significantly lower than that of drug control group and TAM group(P<0.01

offive-fold Breastcare Tablet group was significantly higher than that of ten and twenty fold group. Also

Breastcare Tablet and TAM could lower progesterone. Couclusion: Breastcare Tablet can lower E

level by amechanism different from that of TAM and there existed a saturated phenomenon in the course of treatment andprogesterone will be affected by this drug as well.
