摘要

从１９８１年至１９９５年１５年中使用２８５０只ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ裸鼠进行人体肿瘤移植研究，发现４例裸鼠自发性肿瘤，发病率为０．１４％（４／２８５０）。病理形态及免疫组化证实其中３例为Ｂ细胞淋巴瘤，病变主要累及全身淋巴结及脾脏，肝、肾、肺等有灶性肿瘤细胞浸润；另一例为肛管高分化鳞状细胞癌。４例裸鼠所移植的人体肿瘤均未生长。本文讨论了裸鼠自发性肿瘤的发病率及病理类型、移植瘤与自发瘤的相互关系及裸鼠自发性肿瘤的发病原因。

Abstract

Four spontaneous tumors have been discovered by accident in using nude mice as host for human tumors xenograft from 1981 to 1995. lts morbidity is about 0.14%(4/2850).Three of the four cases were identified as B cell lymphomas by pathological morphology and immunohistochemistry. Tumor cells mainly occured in lymph node and apleen

and local invasion was seen in liver

kidney and lung. The other one was squamous cell carcinoma of anal canal. The four tumors are all murine origin and the human tumors xenografted into these nude mice were unable to grow . The present study discussed the morbidity of spontaneous tumor and pathological patterns

the etiology of apontaneous tumor

and the relationship between the spontaneous tumor and the xenografted human tumors.
