摘要

本文对文献报道的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌选择培养基（ＭＲＳＡＣＭ）用于分离培养耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（ＭＲＳＡ）的效果进行了评价。并对我院９６年９月至９７年６月ＭＲＳＡ临床分离率及临床常见用抗生素敏感性进行了调查分析。结果显示：该培养基敏感性达１００％，特异性＞９７％：且方法简便、快速、准确。我院ＭＲＳＡ分离率占金葡萄的７１．１％。占感染标本的２３．７％。ＭＲＳＡ具有多重耐药性。

Abstract

e evaluated the effect of MRSACM to isolate MRSA in clinical samples

investigated the isolation rate and drug resistance of MRSA in our hospital. The results showed that the sensitivity and specificity of the medium were 100% and>97% respectively. MRSA accounted for 71.1% and 23.7% in staphylococcus aureas and clinical samples . MRSA were resistant to most of clinical therapeutic antibiotics
