A study on the levels of sICAM-1 and IL-12 in serum of patients with respiratory failure typeⅡ[J]. Journal of Chongqing Medical University, 2002,(3):322-323.DOI:
Objective: To explore the change of the levels of sICAM-1 and IL-12 in serum of the patients with Ⅱrespiratory failure type . Methods: The levels of sICAM-1 and IL-12 in serum were measured by sandwiched ⅡELISA in 31 patients with respiratory failure type and 20 patients with acute asthma. Results: The levels of ⅡsICAM-1 were higher in patients with respiratory failure type and patients with acute asthma than that in (normal controlsp)<0.01
It cloud be reduced after the treatment. No change of the levels of IL-12 was observed in both groups. Conclusion: The findings suggest that sICAM-1 and IL-12 in serum may be an important Ⅱreferential indicator for monitoring and predicting in patients with respiratory failure type .
