摘要

目的：探讨血浆内皮素与慢性下肢动脉缺血的关系。方法：采用放射免疫法测定63例慢性下肢动脉缺血病人的血浆内皮素水平（ET-1）

并与正常人比较。其中下肢动脉硬化性闭塞（ASO）28例，间歇性跛行15例，肢（趾）端坏疽13例；血栓闭塞性脉管炎（TAO）35例，间歇性跛行16例，肢（趾）端坏疽19例。结果：TAO肢（趾）端坏疽者血浆ET-1水平　　明显高于间歇性跛行者；ASO肢（趾）端坏疽者ET-1也明显高于间歇性跛行者。且TAO的间歇性跛行和肢（趾）端坏疽分别高于对应的ASO组，所有结果均比正常高。结果具有统计学差异性（P<0.001）。结论：血浆内皮素水平与慢性下肢动脉缺血程度成正相关。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the plasma endothelin-1(ET-1) and lower extremities ischemia. Methods: The plasma ET-1 levels of 63 cases with chronic ischemia of lower extremities were analyzed by RIA and compared with those of the normal people. There were 28 patients with atherosclerosis obliterans (ASO)

including 15 intermittent claudication (IC) and 13 limb gangrenes. There were 35 patients with thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO)

including 16 IC and 19 limb gangrenes. Results: The plasma ET-1 levels of TAO with gangrene and ASO with gangrene were higher than those of TAO with IC and ASO with IC respectivly. The ET-1 level of TAO with/ without gangrene was higher than that of ASO with /without gangrene. The plasma ET-1 of both TAO and ASO were higher than those of the normal. Conclusion:The plasma ET-1 level is correlated with the extent of chronic lower extremities arterial ischemia.
