摘要

目的：探讨国内眼库工作的重点和发展，评价捐献者角膜质量。方法：通过对28例完成了眼球摘除自愿身后捐献者的性别、年龄、死亡原因、眼球采集及保存方法、血清学及角膜内皮细胞检查进行回顾性分析。结果：28例自愿身后捐献者中，恶性肿瘤为主要死亡原因。除3例乙肝标志物阳性外，血清学乙肝标志物、抗HIV-Ⅰ及HIV-Ⅱ、丙肝、梅毒检查均为阴性。角膜内皮细胞密度为1996～3493个/mm2，平均2932.7±845个/mm2。结论：大力宣传身后捐献眼球是眼库工作的重要组成部分，严格掌握用于临床角膜移植的供体标准以提高供体角膜质量，使更多的可治性角膜盲病人重见光明。

the major reasons of donator’s death were malignant tumor. The examination of blood serum of hepatitis B virus

anti-HIV-Ⅰand Ⅱ were negative except three cases

whose hepatitis B virus was positive. Corneal endothelium density had a mean level 2932.7±845/mm2 between 1996~3493/mm2 . Conclusion: It is of great importance to propagate that people should donate their eyeballs after death. We must strictly grasp donator’s standard in clinical keratoplasty to guarantee the quality of donator’s cornea. That will help the blind of corneal disorders to see sunlight again.
