Objective:To investigate the effects of fastigial nucleus stimulation(FNS)by using Cerebrovascular Functional Therapy(CVFT)on Cerebrovascular Activity(CVA)parameters and blood pressure
plasma glucose
and plasma lipid.Methods:By using CVFT
60 high risk persons received the special intervention therapy of FNS.CVA was measured 1 month
2 months
3 months
6 months before and after FNS and blood pressure
plasma glucose and plasma lipid are examined 6 months before after FNS.Results:Through intervention therapy
research objects had improved in CVA(P<0.05) and blood pressure
plasma glucose(GLU)(P<0.01)
total cholesterol(T-CHOL)(P<0.01) after FNS.Conclusion:Use of CVFT in FNS is an effective means to prevent stroke
