摘要

目的:探讨胸腺瘤合并单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血（PRCA）的诊断与治疗。方法:总结1999年5月￣2006年3月本科收治胸腺瘤合并PRCA的临床资料

并结合文献进行讨论

进行文献复习和讨论。结果:70例胸腺瘤中3例合并PRCA占4.3%（3/70）

其中2例手术切除胸腺及胸腺瘤

分别随访1.5￣3年

无胸腺瘤和PRCA复发征象;探查1例内科治疗未见改善。结论:胸腺瘤合并PRCA首选治疗是手术切除胸腺瘤和胸腺组织

其疗效有待进一步观察。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of thymoma with pure red cell aplasia(PRCA).Methods: From May 1999 to March 2006

the cases of thymoma with PRCA were treated.The clinical data was analysed and the Chinese literature was reviewed.Results:The cases of thymoma with PRCA accounted for 4.2%(3/70)of total thymoma treated in the same period

2 cases underwent thymomectomy.No recurrences of thymoma or PRCA was found in 1 case 3 years and 1 case 6 months after operation.There was no effect on 1 case undergoing surgical exploration only.Conclusion: Thymoectomy is the first choice for thymoma with PRCA.The long term effects should be further followed up.
