摘要

目的:探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin在脑膜瘤的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法

检测60例脑膜瘤瘤组织中survivin蛋白的表达

并结合临床病理参数进行综合分析。结果:脑膜瘤Ⅰ级中survivin蛋白表达率为32.0%

脑膜瘤Ⅱ级为60.0%

脑膜瘤Ⅲ级为86.7%

各级之间survivin蛋白表达率的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）

并且survivin蛋白的表达与肿瘤的侵袭行为、瘤周水肿显著相关（P<0.05）。结论:survivin在脑膜瘤的表达与其恶性程度有关

随恶性程度升高而增高。因此survivin可能通过抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡

对脑膜瘤的恶性化起一定作用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the expression and significance of apoptosis related gene survivin in meningiomas.Methods: The expression of survivin protein was detected by immunohistochemical method(SP) in 60 cases of meningiomas

and its relationship with pathological parameters was analyzed.Results: The expression rate of survivin protein in meningioma of Ⅰ

Ⅱand Ⅲ grade were 32.0%

60.0% and 86.7% respectively

and there were great differences among the three groups(P<0.05).The positive ratio was closely correlated with aggressive behavior and peritumoral edema(P<0.05).Conclusions: The expression of survivin in meningiomas was closely correlated and increased with its malignancy.Survivin may play an important role in pathogenesis of malignant meningiomas.
