摘要

目的:为研究喜之降胶囊调节血脂的效果

观察了喜之降胶囊对高脂血症（HL）大鼠血清脂质和肝脏脂水平的影响。方法:实验根据大鼠体重、血脂水平进行随机分组

设正常对照组、高脂饲料对照组、喜之降胶囊低、中、高剂量组（分别为0.28、0.55、1.10g/（kg.bw））。受试物每天经口灌胃给予。4周末测定血清胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）

同时测定肝脏TC、TG。结果:喜之降胶囊各组与高脂饲料对照组比较

大鼠血清TC、TG水平降低

差异有显著性（P<0.05）

喜之降胶囊对高脂大鼠肝脏胆固醇、甘油三酯有显著的降低作用（P<0.01）。结论:喜之降胶囊有降低高脂大鼠血脂水平的作用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of the Xi-zhi-jiang Capsule on serum and liver lipid levels of rats with hyperlipidemia to study the effects of Xi-zhi-jiang capsule on blood Lipid regulation.Methods:Male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups(normal control group

high lipid fed group and three Xi-zhi-jiang capsule groups

which were administrated Xi-zhi-jiang capsule of 0.28

1.10(g/(kg.bw))respectively.Four weeks later

the serum TC

HDL-C and the liver TC and TG were measured.Result: The rat’s serum TC and TG in Xi-zhi-jiang capsule treatment groups was lower than those of high lipid fed groups

and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the Xi-zhi-jiang capsule could remarkably lower the liver to the TC and TG of HL rat(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Xi-zhi-jiang capsule could lower serum and liver lipid of rats with hyperlipidemia.
