摘要

目的:总结睾丸损伤的诊断和治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析21例睾丸损伤的临床资料。结果:结合B超的应用

睾丸损伤较易诊断。所有患者采用保守治疗或手术治疗两种治疗方法。睾丸萎缩是睾丸损伤的常见并发症。结论:早期B超检查对睾丸损伤的诊治有重要意义。选择正确的治疗方法可以防止睾丸萎缩的发生

提高治疗效果。对早期手术探查应持积极的态度。

Abstract

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of testicular trauma. Methods:The diagnosis and treatment of 21 patients with testicular trauma were reviewed retrospectively. Results:By using the B-Ultrasoundgraphy

It is simple to diagnose the testicular trauma. All patients with testicular trauma were treated by the conservative treatment or operation. The orchiatrophy is the common complication of testicular trauma. Conclusions: It have important value to use the B-Ultrasoundgraphy early for diagnosing and treating the testicular trauma. It can prevent the occurrence of orchiatrophy and increase the therapeutic efficacy of testicular trauma to choose the correct therapeutic approach. It should support to perform the operative exploration as early as possible.
