摘要

目的:了解糖尿病患者的健康知识水平、生活行为状况及其主要影响因素

以便有针对性地帮助患者进行有效的自我管理。方法:对102例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。调查问题包括糖尿病相关知识

生活行为状况等。结果:被调查的糖尿病患者对糖尿病基本知识的了解存在片面性

良好的生活行为的实施情况有待改进。受教育程度和参加讲座次数是影响知识掌握情况和生活行为状况的主要两大因素。结论:全面系统的健康教育是提高患者健康知识水平

自觉实行良好生活方式的有效途径。

Abstract

Objective:To study the health knowledge

and behavior of patients with diabetes

and the main factors affecting those aspects.Methods:A total of 102 diabetic patient were investigated with questionnaire covering knowledge

and behavior.Results:The health knowledge of the patients was partial and the behavior of the patients was not actualized ideally.The education received and times for attending the healthy lectures were the main factors affecting the knowledge and behavior.Conclusion:Comprehensive and systematic education is the valid way to advance the knowledge and improve the behavior.
