摘要

目的:研究川芎嗪（Ligustrazine）对人急性淋巴细胞白血病（Acute lymphoblastic leukemia

ALL）细胞株Jurkat粘附、运动和侵袭的抑制作用。方法:Jurkat细胞体外培养

经50μg/ml、100μg/ml、150μg/ml川芎嗪分别处理细胞

通过细胞粘附实验、细胞迁移实验和细胞侵袭实验全面观察川芎嗪对Jurkat细胞粘附力、运动力和侵袭力的影响。计量资料的多组比较采用方差分析（One-Way ANOVA）。结果:与对照组比较

50μg/ml、100μg/ml、150μg/ml川芎嗪可显著降低Jurkat细胞的运动力和降解基底膜的侵袭力（P<0.01）;100μg/ml、150μg/ml川芎嗪能有效抑制Jurkat细胞与纤维粘连蛋白的粘附力（P<0.01）;50μg/ml川芎嗪抑制作用不明显（P>0.05）。结论:川芎嗪能从细胞粘附、运动和侵袭等多环节全面抑制Jurkat细胞侵袭转移能力

是一种较好的白血病细胞侵袭转移的抑制剂

其抑制作用呈剂量依赖性。

Abstract

Objective:To study the inhibitory effects of ligustrazine on adhesion

migration and invasion of human acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) cell line Jurkat.Methods:Jurkat cells were cultured in vitro and treated by 50μg/ml

100μg/ml and 150μg/ml ligustrazine respectively.Then the adhesion

migration and invasion of Jurkat cells were measured with cell adhesion test

cell migration test and cell invasion test.The measurement data was collected and the multi-samples were analyzed by analysis of variance(One-Way ANOVA).Results:Compared with control group

50μg/ml

100μg/ml and 150μg/ml ligustrazine could significantly inhibit the migration of Jurkat cells and their invasion to basement membrane(P<0.01)

and 100μg/ml and 150μg/ml ligustrazine could effectively inhibit adhesion of Jurkat cells to fibronectin(P<0.01) but the function of 50μg/ml ligustrazine was not obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion:By roundly inhibiting adhesion

migration and invasion of Jurkat cells

ligustrazine is a good inhibitor to leukemia and the inhibitory effects are dose dependent.
