Objective:To investigate the expressions of α-tubulin
β-tubulin and γ-tubulin of centrosome in immortalized hu-man squamous epithelial cel(lH8)and cervical cancer cel(lCaski)and the role of them in occurrence and development of cer-vical cancer. Methods:Immunocytochemistry was used to analyze the protein expressions of α-tubulin and β-tubulin in im-mortalized human cervical cells and carcinoma cells. The skeleton protein was extracted by ProteoExtract Subcellular Proteome Extraction Kit
and then Western blotting was used to determine the protein expressions of α-tubulin
β-tubulin and γ-tubulin semi-quantitatively.Results:The protein expressions of α–tubulin
β-tubulin and γ-tubulin in Caski were higher than those in H8(P<0.05).Conclusion:Centrosome abnormality may be one of the malignant phenotypes of cervical cancer cells. The micro-tubulin protein as a target in tumor treatment can have a good perspective.
