摘要

目的:探讨快速制备兔乳腺增生的可行性。方法:用苯甲酸雌二醇（Estradiol benzoate

E2）和黄体酮肌注新西兰大白兔

动态观察有无乳腺增生及模型维持时间

病理类型

雌激素受体α（Estrogen receptor alpha

ERα）分布情况。结果:20～25 d即可制备该模型

符合乳腺增生的病理特征

无须切除卵巢

模型可维持135 d左右。结论:模型成功率高

稳定性好

具有与人类基本相似的病理特征

快速建模是可行的。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the feasibility of rapidly making rabbit model of mammary hyperplasia.Methods:Estradiol benzoate and Progesterone were given intramuscularly to New Zealand white rabbits during different periods.The preparation of the model

pathological type and estrogen receptor alpha distribution were observed.Results:After 20~25 days

the models were estabished

which fulfilled the features of mammary dysplasia

making ovariectomy unnecessary.The model could be maintained for 135 days.Conclusion:The model has the same pathological feature with human.Rapid modeling is feasible

with high successful rate.
