摘要

目的:探讨高位颈椎原发性椎管内肿瘤的手术治疗及临床疗效。方法:对40例高位颈椎原发性椎管内肿瘤手术患者进行回顾性分析

分析临床资料

手术方法及术后疗效。结果:患者术后疼痛、神经根性刺激症状及颈髓压迫症状较术前明显改善

内固定无松动移位

颈椎稳定性好。结论:颈后入路半椎板或全椎板切除可以完整清除肿瘤

并加以坚强内固定及植骨融合治疗高位颈椎椎管内肿瘤切除

可获良好近期及远期疗效。

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the operative techniques and curative effect on upper cervical extramedullary spine tumors.Methods:The clinical data of 40 patients with upper cervical spine tumors undergoing internal fixation and operations were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Pain and muscle convulsion of most patients disappeared Clinical signs and symptoms of all patients were recovered in different degrees

without neural or vascular damage or tumor recurrence.Conclusion:Posterior cervical semi-laminectomy or laminectomy which can completely resect tumors and prevent complications

is a good and effective way for upper cervical extramedullary tumors.
