摘要

近年来

经导管主动脉瓣置换术(transcatheter aortic valve replacement

TAVR)蓬勃发展

且适应症不断拓宽。超声心动图具有实时、无创、无辐射等优点

在TAVR患者术前筛选、术中监测及术后随访中发挥着重要作用

本文就当前超声心动图在TAVR术的相关应用进展作一综述。

Abstract

In recent years

transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) has flourished and its indications are expanding. Echocardiography has the advantages of real-time

non-invasive and non-radiation. It plays an important role in preoperative screening

intraoperative monitoring and postoperative follow-up of patients with TAVR. This article reviews the application progress of echocardiography in TAVR.
