摘要

跟腱是人体最粗大的肌腱，在下肢运动起着重要作用。跟腱疾病包括跟腱断裂、跟腱病。随着超声新技术的不断开展，肌肉骨骼超声在跟腱中广泛应用，为跟腱疾病的诊断、治疗及随访提供重要参考信息。本文就常规超声以及超声弹性成像、介入超声、超微血管成像、超声造影、三维成像等技术在跟腱疾病中的应用进展进行综述。

treatment and follow-up of Achilles tendon diseases.This paper reviews the application progress of conventional ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography (UE)

interventional ultrasound

superb microvascular imaging (SMI)

contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS)

and three-dimensional imaging in Achilles tendon diseases
