摘要

无创定量评估儿童心肌功能对改善儿童心肌功能非常关键，也是目前的难点。本文综述了常规超声、组织多普勒、斑点追踪技术、血流向量成像技术、超声心肌造影等技术中多种参数指标对儿童不同心脏疾病的各房室功能的定量评价现状，以期客观认识各种指标在儿童心肌功能的评估价值。

Abstract

In children

Non-invasive quantitative assessment of myocardial function is very important for clinical interventions. This article reviews the current status of echocardiography in atrioventricular function in children with different heart diseases

such as doppler tissue imaging

real-time three dimensional echocardiography

speckle tracking echocardiography

vector flow mapping

ultrasonic enhancing agents and so on

in order to understanding the values of ultrasound echocardiography objectively.
