Objective To analyze the application of risk prevention management(RPM) in gynecological perioperative nursing management. Methods Eighty-two patients with gynecological diseases who received surgical treatment in Nanyang Central Hospital from February 2017 to January 2020 were selected and assigned to the observation group and control group by random number table
with 41 cases in each group. The routine nursing intervention was adopted in the perioperative period in the control group
and RPM nursing intervention was adopted in the perioperative period in the observation group. The nursing quality score
nursing satisfaction
and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in nursing document writing
nursing service attitude
operation skills
and comprehensive evaluation scores before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05). The nursing document writing
nursing service attitude
operation skills
and comprehensive evaluation scores after intervention in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.12%(39/41)
which was significantly higher than that in the control group 68.29%(28/41
χ2=9.873
P=0.002). There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups(χ2=0.513
P=0.474). Conclusion RPM is conducive to improving the quality of gynecological perioperative nursing management and patient satisfaction and reducing the risk of complications
which holds much promise for application clinically.
