Objective To investigate the efficacy of sacubitril-valsartan combined with rosuvastatin on cardiac function and coagulation in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods A total of 208 patients with AMI admitted to the Puyang Guangci Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly assigned to the observation group and control group by the red and blue ball method
with 104 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received rosuvastatin
and the patients in the observation group received sacubitril-valsartan combined with rosuvastatin. The cardiac function [cardiac output(CO)
left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)
flow-mediated vasodilation(FMD)
left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)
wall motion score index(WMSI)]
coagulation function [activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)
prothrombin time(PT)
fibrinogen(FIB)]
blood lipids [total cholesterol(TC)
low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C)
triglyceride]and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The levels of CO
LVEF
and FMD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group
while LVEDD and WMSI were lower than those in the control group
with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After treatment
APTT and PT levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group
and the FIB level was lower than that in the control group
with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The serum hs-CRP
LDL-C
TG and TC levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment
and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The ORR in the observation group was 81.73%(85/104)
which was higher than that in the control group(69.23%
72/104)
and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.390
P=0.036). Conclusion Sacubitril-valsartan in combination with rosuvastatin in the treatment of AMI plays a conducive role in improving cardiac function
