Objective To explore the effect of solution focused approach-based psychological intervention in the perioperative period of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 122 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to a hospital in Nanyang from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the subjects and assigned to the control group(n=61) and the observation group(n=61) by random number table. The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention
and the patients in the observation group received psychological intervention in addition to the solution focused approach of the control group. The emotional status
quality of life
compliance
symptom self-assessment and complications before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) scores before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05); the HAMA and HAMD scores after intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group
and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in compliance
quality of life and Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90) scores before intervention between the 2 groups(P>0.05); compliance and quality of life scores after intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group
and SCL-90 scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group
and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 1.64%
which was lower than that in the control group(13.11%)
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The solution focused approach-based psychological intervention is conducive to mediating the negative emotions of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage
improving the quality of life and compliance
reducing the risk of postoperative complications
and promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
