Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation-based whole-course nursing on cardiac diastolic function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) after the intervention. Methods A total of 102 patients with AMI admitted to a hospital in Zhengzhou from June 2018 to August 2020 were selected as subjects
who were assigned to an observation group(n=49) and control group(n=53) according to different nursing methods. Patients in the control group received routine nursing
while patients in the observation group rapid rehabilitation-based whole-course nursing in addition to the routine nursing
and both groups received continuous nursing for 3 months. The cardiac diastolic function and blood lipid level of the patients in the two groups were compared before and after the intervention
and the complications during the nursing of the two groups were compared. Results Before the intervention
there were no statistically significant differences in LVPWT
E/A
Tei index
TC and TG levels between the 2 groups(P>0.05). After the intervention
the LVPWT and Tei indexes in both groups were lower than those before the intervention
with the observation group lower than the control group
and the E/A was higher in both groups than that before the intervention
with the observation group higher than the control group
and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention
the TC and TG levels in both groups were lower than those before the intervention
with the observation group lower than the control group
and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications during nursing was 8.16% in the observation group
which was lower than that in the control group(26.41%)
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation-based whole-course nursing can effectively improve the cardiac diastolic function and blood lipid level of patients after AMI intervention and reduce the risk of postoperative complications. These benefits justify a wider application of this technique clinically.
