Objective To investigate the current situation of psychological resilience of frontline nurses fighting against the COVID-19 epidemic and analyze the influencing factors
so as to provide a theoretical basis for psychological adjustment of front-line nurses fighting against the epidemic. Methods Using convenience sampling method
173 front-line nurses in a tertiary hospital in Hunan Province who were fighting against the COVID-19 were selected as the respondents. The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)
Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and Somatic Symptom Scale(SSS) were applied to investigate them
and descriptive analysis
correlation analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze their relevant influencing factors. Results The total score of CD-RISC was(78.42±15.92).By comparing the total CD-RISC scores between subjects with different demographic characteristics
it was found that the differences in the CD-RISC scores of the respondents with different family burdens and the presence of psychological disorders before the epidemic were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the survey respondents was(8.89±3.06) and the total SSS score was(30.94±9.01).The results of correlation analysis showed that the psychological resilience of survey respondents was negatively correlated with sleep quality(r=-0.225
P=0.003).The results of multiple linear regression showed that the family burden situation and PSQI of the survey respondents were influencing factors for their CD-RISC scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Anti-epidemic front-line nurses have relatively good psychological resilience
and sleep quality and family burden situation are the influencing factors for the psychological resilience of this group.
