Objective To explore the effect of inadvertent aspiration high-risk assessment-guided special care in the care of postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred patients with cerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgery in a hospital in Henan Province from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected asstudy subjects. The random number table method was used to divide the patients into the control group and the study group
with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional care
and patients in the study group were given special care guided by inadvertent aspiration high-risk assessment on top of conventional care in the control group. The incidence and severity of inadvertent aspiration
incidence of pulmonary infection and patient satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups at the time of discharge. Results The incidence of inadvertent aspiration and pulmonary infection and inadvertent aspiration severity scores of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group
and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores for nursing principle
high-risk assessment
nursing content and nursing effect in the nursing satisfaction questionnaire of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control groupand the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of inadvertent aspiration high-risk assessment-guided special care in the care of postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively reduce the incidence of inadvertent aspiration and pulmonary infection
reduce the severity of inadvertent aspiration
and improve patient care satisfaction
and hence is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
