More than 50 % of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） usually have an overweight/obese body type

which means asignificantly higher risk of metabolic syndrome and pregnancy complications

and PCOS seriously affects the health and eugenics of young women.In this paper

we applied self-management theory to provide health education and energy-restricted balanced diet（CRD） to guide patients with PCOS to reduce body mass and maintain the effect of body mass reduction

helping patients to reshape healthy lifestyles and improve their quality of life

which is worthy of clinical application.
