Objective To explore the efficacy of neuromu scular joint facilitation technique in stroke rehabilitation training. Methods One hundred and thirty-four stroke patients treated in a hospital in Jinan from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected for the study
and the patients were divided into observation and control groups using a random number table
with 67 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional rehabilitation treatment
while patients in the observation group were treated with neuromuscular joint promotion method technique based on the conventional treatment in the control group
and the rehabilitation treatment lasted for3 months in both groups. The lower limb motor function scores and self-management ability scores of the patients in the two groups were compared before and after treatment
and the complications of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment
there was no statistically significant difference between the lower limb motor function scores and self-management ability scores of the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment
the lower limb motor function and self-management ability scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment
and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the control group had 7 cases of complications such as infection
hematoma and venous thrombosis
and the complication rate was 10.1%.In the observation group
there were 5 cases of complications such as infection
hematoma and venous thrombosis
and the complication rate was 7.2%.The incidence of complications was higher in the control group than in the observation group
but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of neuromu scular joint facilitation technique in stroke rehabilitation training can effectively improve the lower limb motor function and self-management ability of patients
