摘要

着丝粒蛋白M（CENP-M）是着丝粒蛋白家族的重要一员，对着丝粒内部的组装和稳定至关重要，其功能异常可导致有丝分裂停滞以及染色体排列缺陷，进而引起细胞周期异常，可能与肿瘤的发生、发展相关。近年来有研究在多种恶性肿瘤的基因或蛋白层面发现CENP-M高表达，但由于研究方法差异及数量较少，对于CENP-M在恶性肿瘤发生、发展中起到的作用目前尚无明确定论。本文就目前CENP-M在恶性肿瘤中的相关研究作一综述，以期为进一步研究其相关临床应用提供参考。
