摘要

癫痫是严重威胁人类健康的重大疾病，其中病毒性脑炎后遗癫痫耐药率高、外科切除性手术疗效均不理想，目前尚缺乏令人满意的治疗方案。近年来，丘脑核团电刺激术因其在神经系统疾病中的有效性和相对安全性，正逐步应用于难治性癫痫的治疗。已知丘脑核团是神经网络的重要中转站，在整合边缘系统神经网络兴奋和抑制功能方面发挥关键作用；而病毒性脑炎所致脑损害也常累及边缘系统。近期研究发现丘脑核团电刺激对于病毒性脑炎后遗癫痫有显著且持久的疗效。因此，本文就丘脑核团电刺激治疗癫痫时核团的选择、刺激参数及并发症的研究进展进行综述，以期为其临床应用提供有益的参考。
