摘要

原发性肝癌严重威胁着广大人民的生命健康。临床上

肝癌的诊断方式多种多样

由于受灵敏度和特异性的影响

对于肝癌的诊断

也存在"误诊"和"漏诊"的情况。血清学检查有着诸多优点

备受青睐

近三十年来

研究者们发现DCP诊断肝癌

有着许多AFP无可替代的优点

而当AFP与DCP联合诊断肝癌时

灵敏度和特异性更是提高了许多。

Abstract

Primary hepatic carcinoma（PHC） greatly threatens people’s life and health. In clinical practice

there are various methods for the diagnosis of PHC

and due to the influence of sensitivity and specificity

misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis are also observed from time to time. Serological examination has several advantages and has thus attracted more and more attention. In the past 30 years

researchers have found that des-γ-carboxy-prothrombin（DCP） has many irreplaceable advantages over alpha-fetoprotein（AFP） in the diagnosis of PHC

and the combination of AFP and DCP has relatively high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of PHC.
