Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of rabeprazole combined with domperidone on the treatment of erosive esophagitis（EE）.Methods:A total of 120 patients with EE were divided into treatment group and control group

with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given oral administration of rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules 20 mg qd and domperidone tablets 10 mg tid

as well as psychological intervention once every week

for 30 minutes each time

to guide psychological adjustment

enhance their confidence in treatment

and eliminate their fear of the disease; the patients in the control group were given oral administration of pantoprazole enteric-coated capsules 40 mg qd.The course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups; gastroscopy was performed before and after treatment

and the remission of symptoms was observed for all patients.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment

the treatment group had a significantly higher rate of symptom relief than the control group（95.00% vs 83.33%

P < 0.05）.As for the comparison of symptom score

the treatment group had a symptom score of 16.34 ± 4.26 before treatment

9.87 ± 3.22 at 1 month after treatment

and 6.84 ± 3.13 at 2 months after treatment

while the control group had a symptom score of 16.75 ± 5.01 before treatment

11.85 ± 2.69 at 1 month after treatment

and 9.53 ± 2.87 at 2 months after treatment; the treatment group had a significantly lower symptom score than the control group at 1 and 2 months after treatment（P < 0.001）.Reexamination of gastroscopy showed that the treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group（90% vs 75%

P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Rabeprazole combined with domperidone and psychological intervention has a good clinical effect in the treatment of EE.
