MARCH2和NF-κB在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及其意义
摘要
目的:检测浸润性乳腺癌组织及癌旁正常乳腺组织中膜相关环指蛋白2(membrane-associated ring CH2
Objective:To determine the expression of membrane-associated RING-CH 2(MARCH2)and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)in invasive breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues
and to explore the relationship between the expression of MARCH2 and NF-κB and the clinicopathological parameters of invasive breast cancer. Methods:We collected cancer tissues and normal breast tissues(more than 3 cm from the edge of the cancer)from 40 patients with invasive breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment from January to December 2018 in Zigong Fourth People’s Hospital. The immunohistochemical method EnVision was used to label MARCH2 and NF-κB in the tissues.Results:MARCH2 was positive in 36(90.0%)of the 40 cancer tissues
and in 7 adjacent normal tissues(χ
2
= 42.288
P
<
0.05).NF-κB was positive in 30(75.0%)cancer tissues
and in 5 adjacent normal tissues(χ
2
= 31.746
P
<
0.05).There was a moderate positive correlation between the expression of the two proteins(r = 0.577
χ
2
= 13.333
P
<
0.01).Conclusion:MARCH2 and NF-κB are highly expressed in invasive breast cancer tissues. The development and progression of breast cancer may be related to the high expression of MARCH2
