开展慢性肾脏病患者管理的价值

国内外慢性肾脏病患者管理模式的实际情况以及存在的不足

将对本院开展CKD患者管理起到一定的指导意义。

Abstract

Chronic kidney disease（CKD） is a preventable disease

and effective management is important to delay disease progression

cut down disease cost

and improve the quality of life of patients. It plays a guiding role in the management of patients with CKD in our hospital to have a knowledge of the definition and stages of CKD

the prevalence and hazards of CKD

the significance of management of patients with CKD

and the current status of and deficiencies in the mode of management of patients with CKD in China and abroad.
