摘要

新型冠状病毒肺炎在人群中的传播和流行对人们的生命健康造成了严重威胁。然而

目前尚无有效的针对性治疗方法

临床上主要为对症治疗和支持治疗。硒元素因具有提高机体免疫力、抗氧化和抗病毒突变的能力

在病毒性疾病的防治中被广泛研究和应用。研究显示地域硒水平与新冠病毒感染患者的治愈率或死亡率可能相关。国内外相关的指南或专家共识提出

应为新冠病毒感染患者提供足量的每日所需的硒及其他微量元素。本文就硒对新冠病毒的作用、可能的作用机制以及硒与新冠病毒感染患者的治疗等方面的文献进行了综述。

Abstract

The transmission and prevalence of novel coronavirus pneumonia among people have posed serious threats to people’s life and health. However

there is no effective and specific treatment against this disease so far

only symptomatic and supportive treatment are available clinically. Selenium has been widely studied and applied in the prevention and treatment of viral diseases due to its ability of improving immunity

antioxidation and antiviral mutation. A recent study showed that regional selenium levels may be associated with cure rate or mortality in patients infected with novel coronavirus. Domestic and international guidelines or consensus of experts have recommended that the daily needed amount of selenium and other microelements should be provided for novel coronavirus infected patients. This article reviewed the effect

possible mechanism and therapeutic use of selenium for the prevention and treatment of patients infected with novel coronavirus.
