the fever ward was rebuilt according to local conditions to concentrate and treat the suspected cases from Outpatient Department and other departments.According to The Guidelings of Precaution of Coronavirus and Controlling Technology（First Edition）and COVID-19 Diagnosis and Treatment Plan（Trial Version 7）issued by the Health Commission

the ward of fever was organized and managed from the establishment of the ward environment

disinfection and isolation

human resources allocation

the establishment of related responsibilities and systems

to personnel isolation skills and training

the ability of emergency treatment of critical patients

patient management

medical waste disposal and etc.During the period of treatment

there was no infection among the medical staff.The relevant management experience provided reference for the medical staff at all levels of hospitals.
