Objective To observe and analyze the effect of methotrexate combined mifepristone on early ectopic pregnancy.Methods From April 2014 to March 2016 atotal of 100 patients with early ectopic pregnancy were selected as the research objects.And the objects were divided into control group and research group

50 cases in each group

according to random number table.The control group was treated by injection of methotrexate into muscle

but the research group was treated with intramuscular methotrexate combined oral mifepristone.After 2courses of treatment

the clinical effect

time required for human chorionic gonadotropin（HCG）level back to normal and adverse reactions.Results The effective rate of research group was90.0% which was higher than the control group（72.0%）

the difference was statistically significant（P <0.05）;LOS and time required for HCG level back to normal were（10.5±3.2）d and（7.6±2.3）d

which were shorter than（14.9±4.7）d and（12.6±3.5）d of control group

and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions of research group was lower

but there was no significant difference between 2groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion Treating early ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate combined mifepristone could improve efficacy and reduce the LOS and time needed for HCG level back to normal

worthy of clinical application and popularization.
