Objective To investigate the causes and treatment of corneal posterior membrane detachment.Method The clinical data of 25 cases of 28 eyes were retrospectively analyzed the various causes of corneal posterior membrane detachment.Results The common causes of corneal posterior membrane detachment were extra-capsular cataract extraction（ECCE）and glaucoma-cataract surgery.28 cases of corneal posterior membrane in 25 patients were reset after anterior chamber air injection and 28 corneas were all transparent after three-month follow-up.Conclusion Filtered air bubble injection in the operation of Phacoemulsification（PHACO）/ECCE and intraocularlens（IOL）implantation helps corneal posterior membrane detachment to reset.The injection of viscoelastics in trabeculectomy site and the anterior chamber air bubble injection in the glaucoma-cataract surgery can make corneal posterior membrane detachment reset.Both have positive effects
