Objective To observe the clinical effect of Small-dose Rivaroxaban on the treatment of UA.Method To collect 165 cases of UA patients hospitalized at certain hospital in Fuxin
Liaoning
and divide them into the Observation Group and Comparison Group at random
containing 83 and 82patients respectively. Both groups received treatments from conventional dual anti-platelet aggregation
low molecular heparin calcium 5
7
dhypodermic injection of anticoagulants
βreceptor blocker to reduce the oxygen consumption of cardiac muscle
and the application of ACEI to control blood pressure
while the former was made to take Rivaroxaban at2.5mg a time and once a day after ceasing taking low molecular heparin calcium. After a session of eight weeks
the curing effect and side-effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The Observation Group had 66 cases of marked effect
12 cases of observable effect
and 5cases of non-effect
the same indexes for the Comparison Group were 58
9
and 15 respectively. The overall effectiveness of the former was 93.98%
and that of the latter was 81.71%.In comparison to the latter
the patients of the former saw marked improvements in aspects such as the average numbers of the outbreak of angina
the length of angina
and the ECG ST segment depression at angina after the treatment
and the differences of the two groups were statistically significant(P
<
0.05).The bleeding complications of the former also had no significant increase compared with the latter. Conclusion Oral taking of small-dose Rivaroxaban has a marked curing effect on the treatment of UA.
